Booking Policy

• • Bookings are confirmed only after direct communication with our team via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• • Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee a booking — it initiates a conversation with our team.
• • Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on season, group size, and specific requirements.
• • All bookings are subject to boat availability on the requested date and time.
• • Group size must not exceed the stated capacity for each package for safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy

• • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%.
• • No-shows will not be refunded.
• • If we cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

Safety Guidelines

• • All passengers must wear life jackets provided during the ride.
• • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• • Follow the boatman's instructions at all times during the ride.
• • Rides may be cancelled or shortened due to adverse weather conditions for passenger safety.
• • Swimming or entering the river from the boat is strictly prohibited.
• • BoatWale is not responsible for personal belongings lost during the ride.
